This weekend's Walk London walking weekend was the busiest ever - with thousands of people taking the opportunity to make the most of the winter sunshine to go for a walk. It goes to show just how popular walking is in the Capital - not a place many of us would think of as a walking location. But lots of you do walk in London - Walk London's routes are topping the leader board of 'most popular walks' again this quarter - read on to find out where the rest are.

I love January, I love the sense of new beginings, all those resolutions and general feeling of wanting to do things a bit differently. This new year is even more exciting for us at Walk4life as we are almost ready to launch our new iphone app.

The sun is shining ! It seems like we have had rain and cloud for months (at least in the Pennines where I live we have), but at last the sky has cleared and the forecast is for the temperature to drop, and it's Friday so my mind is turning to where to walk this weekend.

We have recently made a very upsetting discovery - we have moved the website to a new hosting company and in the process of checking everything is working we discovered that the "contact us" page has not been working! All of the emails sent to us from that page over the past couple of months got stuck, they have all arrived this morning!
