Check out the new timetable of weekend walks for April - June
These walks are being well attended by 20-30 walkers each time. Take a packed lunch and a drink for a stop half way. The one thing that doesn't stop on these walks is the chatter!
Great fun! so why not join in?

Check out the new weekend progression walks at www.is.gd/oKP3j2 ('Our Services' - 'B' - 'Baywalks')
These walks are for those who can manage rugged, undulating terrain, steep slopes, steps and stiles. A great opportunity for anyone looking to progress their walking to the next level, and to improve their health and wellbeing at the same time. A great social occasion, especially for those who don’t like to walk alone.
Next Walk: Saturday 28th January 10.30am - Broadsands Beach Car Park. Approx. 4 miles

oops! we've slipped down the rankings :( don't forget to log ALL your walks, no matter how short.
Have you encouraged anyone else to sign up? Talk to colleagues, go for a lunchtime walk, and add it to your miles.
Happy Walking!

Hi Jess,
Well done!!
Add your walks using the 'create your walk' link this will allow you to save your walk, and even share your walk if you would like. Once saved you can then just click 'I have walked this' as and when you have done so. The link automatically calculates the distance as you create the route.
Any walking can be added to the overall challenge - Thank you,

Hi, I walked 11.5 miles on 3rd sep and 25 miles 11th sep. Where do I log this distance? I have also done regular 8 mile walks during August, can I add these? and how do I do that?
Thank you.
Jess.

Well done Charlotte for your walk on saturday and good luck for the 11th! Yes it can be included - all miles count and yours will certainly be a great addition to the group's miles!
Add your routes to the site under 'create a walk' and maybe others can give it a go??
The idea is to encourage everyone to walk more whether it is 1 mile or 25 miles. The important thing is everyone starts at a level that is right for them and build up.
Don't forget to encourage colleagues to sign up!
Cheers :-D

I am due to complete the Devon Hack on Sunday 11th September, which is a 25 mile walk for the NSPCC.
Can this distance be included?
I also walked the coastal path from Teignmouth to Torquay Harbour on Saturday, a distance of 11.5 miles.
